Description
Ecolab® Questar™ CAF is a chlorinated alkaline foaming detergent. It is used for spray and soak cleaning of stainless steel processing equipment and environmental surfaces encountered in meat, poultry, and food processing industries. Its free-rinsing properties help reduce streaking or spotting and degrease rinse water volumes. The combination of chlorine and alkaline enable the removal of protein, fat and carbohydrate soils.
